Network Infrastructure Specialist L2/L3


Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time,Onsite)  "Network Infrastructure Specialist " in  Switzerland .

Responsibilities

Job Descriptions: 

• Handle end-to-end physical deployment and troubleshooting of network infrastructure
• 
   Perform rack & stack, cabling, and fiber management
• 
   Support advanced routing & switching (VLANs, STP, BGP, OSPF)
• 
   Work with Cisco/Arista environments, firewalls, and load balancers
• Conduct diagnostics using tools like VFL, light meters, and packet capture
• 
   Provide remote and on-site technical support 

What we look for:

•  6+ years of experience in data centers or enterprise networks
• 
   Strong hands-on expertise in Ethernet, fiber optics, and network hardware
• 
   Knowledge of L2/L3 protocols and troubleshooting
• 
   Experience with DWDM, SVIs, and cross-connects is a plus
• 
   Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP preferred)

Requirements :

1.Must hold a valid work permit in Switzerland 

2.Several years of experience in the IT field

3.English and Local Language/German fluency (Minimum- B2)
