BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full time, Onsite)  "IT Support Specialist" in  Austria.


Responsibilities

1) Update and record activities in the IT Ticket Management System
2) Coordinate and agree attendance time and date with key stakeholders
3) Communicate relevant project information effectively to the team
4) Ensure Ticket SLAs and KPIs are achieved; implement policies and procedures for compliance
5) Carry necessary tools, laptops, and equipment to support infrastructure issues
6) Provide support via phone, remote tools, or onsite as needed
7) Perform installations through physical or network medium

Requirements:

1) Valid work permit in Austria
2) 5–7 years of Enterprise IT Infrastructure or Data Center Infrastructure experience
3) 3+ years working closely with technical and operations teams
4) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or equivalent work experience
5) Certifications such as MCP/MCSE, CCNP, CCDP, CCNA are desirable
6) Knowledge of ITIL and experience in an ITIL environment is a plus
7) German  (B2 level) & English proficiency
