BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Dispatch, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Switzerland .
Responsibilities
-Managing tickets in ServiceNow
-Providing on site break fix and vendor escort support
-Handling network devices switches routers and servers
-Cable fiber and SFP replacement and troubleshooting
-Rack and stack device replacement and inventory management
-Wireless controller and access point support
-Working closely with offshore teams OEMs and vendors
Requirements :
-Valid permit to work in Switzerland
-Local language and English proficiency
-Availability for 24x7 support
-SLA driven environment SBD and NBD
