BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Dispatch, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Latvia
- Incident and service request resolution for laptops/desktops- Break-fix, software support, imaging, OS patching- IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
- Support for mobile phones, iPads, tablets, MDM install/setup
- Scheduled weekly checks- Onsite support for AV and connectivity issues
- First-line support for printers and MFDs- Replacing toner, jam resolution, setup assistance
- Escorting third-party vendors- Racking, stacking, patching, console access, cable testing
- Smart Hands for troubleshooting and replacement- Basic reconfiguration guided by network team
- Install/replace IP & DDI phones- MAC address sharing with telecom team
- Update CMDB / Asset DB after changes- Stock room audits and inventory control
- Restock IT vending machines- Secure pickup/drop at lockers
- Onsite support for Allianz key business events held at offices
- Coordination of device shipping to remote users- May involve support for setup
Requirements :
1.Must have EU Citizenship
2.Several years of experience in the IT field
