Description
BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full time, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
• Provide first- and second-level support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV-related issues when required.
• Communicate clearly and promptly regarding issue status and resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket records for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and authorized Cisco Jabber applications.
• Possess basic knowledge of macOS to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid work permit in Bulgeria
• Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory.
• Several years of experience in a similar role are required.
