BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for "DSS Engineer" for full-time in ???????????????????????????? .

◾ Provide deskside and onsite technical support in line with SLAs
◾ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
◾ Install, upgrade, and repair hardware and software
◾ Assist users with LAN/WAN connectivity, printers, and file services
◾ Configure printers, scanners, and mobile devices
◾ Deliver VIP support for PCs, mobile devices, AV systems, docking stations, etc.
◾ Log and track requests through ticketing/problem-management tools
◾ Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users .

Requirements - 
◾ Valid work permit in Germany
◾ Several years of IT Support/EUC Experience
◾ English and Local language fluency
