BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a "IT Support Specialist" Dispatch On-site in Italy .
◾ Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues
◾ Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
◾ Assist users with technical incidents and service requests
◾ Coordinate with remote support teams for escalations
Requirements-
◾ Valid work permit in Italy
◾ Good command of English
◾ Experience in IT support / service desk roles
◾ Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
