BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a IT Support Specialist Dispatch On-site in Belgium .
◾ Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues
◾ Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
◾ Assist users with technical incidents and service requests
◾ Coordinate with remote support teams for escalations
Requirements-
◾ Valid work permit in Belgium .
◾ Fluency in English is must .
◾ Experience in IT support / service desk roles
◾ Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Salary- Negotiable
