BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a  "IT Service Delivery Manager " (full time on-site)" in Germany .


Responsibilities

  • Ensure IT services meet SLAs and business needs.

  • Coordinate incident, problem, and change management.

  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors.

  • Monitor service performance and drive improvements.

  • Manage service transitions and ITIL processes.

  • Experience in IT service management.

  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and SLA management.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

 
Requirements : 

1)Must hold a valid work permit in Germany.

2) Several years of professional experience in the field of IT support .

3)  English & local language Minimum B2 level needed.
