BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a  " Decision Support System Engineer " (full time, On-site)" in Germany 

• Provide deskside and onsite technical support in line with SLAs

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

• Install, upgrade, and repair hardware and software

• Assist users with LAN/WAN connectivity, printers, and file services

• Configure printers, scanners, and mobile devices

• Deliver VIP support for PCs, mobile devices, AV systems, docking stations, etc.

• Log and track requests through ticketing/problem-management tools

• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users

Requirements - 

• Valid work permit in Germany 

• Several years of IT Support/EUC Experience 

• English and Local language fluency
