Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Provide support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network infrastructure.
• Offer assistance for Mac OS environments.
• Maintain and update support tickets.
• Collaborate with team members and users to ensure smooth IT operations.

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid work permit in Switzerland 
• Several years of professional experience in the field of IT support preferred.
