Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "IT Support Specialist (L2) " in  Switzerland .  


Responsibilities

 

 -Provide on-site Level 2 IT support and advanced technical troubleshooting

 -Support hardware, software, and end users

 -Handle escalations from Level 1 support

 -Basic to intermediate networking support

 -Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements - 
 
 -Valid Swiss work permit
 
-Fluency in English & local language (French preferred)
 
-Previous experience as a Level 2 IT Support Specialist
