▪️ Manage service delivery and ensure SLA compliance
▪️Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
▪️ Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors
▪️Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement
▪️ Support service transitions and uphold ITIL standards
Requirements -
▪️Valid permit to work in Germany
▪️Fluency in German & English
▪️ Experience in service management
▪️ Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM
◾ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
