BCIC Swiss GmBH is looking for On-site IT Support Specialist in Italy. We are looking for highly skilled professionals to join our team in Via Felice Matteucci 2, Florence, Florence in Italy. If you have expertise in IT Support engineering and are passionate about driving technological advancements, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
a) Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
b) Collaborate with third-party vendors to address complex AV problems when required.
c) Maintain effective communication with customers regarding issue status and resolutions.
d) Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
e) Install, upgrade, and provide support for various operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office 2010, along with applications like Cisco Jabber.
f) Basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to assist Apple PC users.
g) Handle printer and computer hardware installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
h) Perform routine maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
i) Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
j) Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
k) Possess broad IT experience with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.
l) Be adaptable and work effectively in a project-based environment.
m) Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Need native candidate who has Italian passport.
* Good knowledge about computers/IT
*Need updated English CV.
* Couple of years of experience in related field
