◾ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
◾ Collect and tag customer feedback (VoC)
◾ Support customer journey mapping and research
◾ Track CX metrics like CSAT, NPS, and CES
◾ Assist with process improvements and documentation
◾ Collaborate with teams to share customer insights
Requirements -
◾ Valid work permit in Germany
◾ English and Local language fluency C1
◾ Willing to learn IT support and similar roles in future
