BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a " Decision Support System Engineer " (full time on-site)" in Germany
Responsibilities
■ Provide onsite operational and technical support to Authorized Users in line with SLAs
■ Resolve incidents and problems related to EUC equipment
■ Perform reactive troubleshooting to identify and prevent future issues
■ Assist users with corporate network connectivity (LAN/WAN, printing, file services)
■ Repair and maintain mobile devices
■ Install, upgrade, and repair EUC equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals)
■ Provide software break/fix services and replace non-warranty assets
■ Ensure network connectivity for printers/scanners and configure devices (IP, TCP/IP)
■ Provide warranty and break/fix support for networked printers and scanners
■ Configure and support users on mobile computing platforms
■ Deliver VIP support (desktops, mobiles, screens, video systems, docking stations, etc.)
■ Create, modify, and remove printer configurations/queues according to SLAs
■ Provide on-site hardware support for end-user computing technologies
■ Provide accurate and timely feedback on customer requirements
■ Use problem-management systems to track and report customer calls
■ Communicate technical information effectively to both technical & non-technical audiences
■ Perform deskside support as required
Requirements
■ Must hold a valid work permit in Germany
■ English & local language at minimum B2 level
