BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Dispatch on-site) " IT Support Specialist " in Italy .


Responsibilities

1)Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
 
2)Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
 
3)Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
 
4)Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. 
 
5) Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS . Mac OS & Microsoft Office .Cisco Jabber is another authorized desktop application.
 
6) Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
 
7)Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
 
8)Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
 
9)Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
 
10) This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned.
 
 
 
Requirements :
 
1)Must hold a valid work permit in Italy .


 
2) Several years of professional experience in the field of IT support .


3) Fluent English language needed
