BCIC Swiss GmBH is looking for On-site IT Support Specialist in Denmark Now we need an On-site IT Support Specialist in (Odense), Denmark  for the dispatch Job position


Responsibilities

This is a dispatch/part-time onsite job. Working hours will be 4–5 hours a day. This is not on a regular basis, this is ticket-based, You will be selected directly for this project without giving an interview session. When your tickets arrive, we will inquire about your availability for a site visit. Then you must go there on an emergency basis and provide assistance. And the good part is that you can continue this job even with another full-time job also

 

Location: (Odense), Denmark

 

What will be your work about?

- Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.

- Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.

- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.

- Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.

Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application.

- Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.

- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware.

- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.

- Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.

- Broad experience of IT with basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices and Telecoms.

 

- This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned.

 

What do we expect from you?

 

Need to have a valid work permit.

Need to have fluency in Local Language & English.

Good knowledge about computers/IT

Couple of years of experience on related field
