We are looking for an On-Site IT Support Engineer to provide IT support on an as-needed basis. This is a dispatch-based role, meaning you will be assigned tasks when required. Work hours vary depending on support requests.
-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support Windows OS (7–10), Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365.
-Install and repair PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Maintain and update the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Provide clear communication and excellent customer service.
-1 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows systems and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Mac OS (preferred but not required).
-Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent requests.
- Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands (work permits not provided).
-Flexible schedule – work only when tickets are assigned.
-Gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT support.
