BCIC Swiss GmBH On-site IT Support Specialist full-time (40% project) Position in Belgium.

Location: (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert), Belgium

 Visit time: (Tuesday & Thursday, full day)

Responsibilities:
a) Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
b) Collaborate with third-party vendors to address complex AV problems when required.
c) Maintain effective communication with customers regarding issue status and resolutions.
d) Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
e) Install, upgrade, and provide support for various operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office 2010, along with applications like Cisco Jabber.
f) Basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to assist Apple PC users.
g) Handle printer and computer hardware installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
h) Perform routine maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
i) Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
j) Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
k) Possess broad IT experience with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.
l) Be adaptable and work effectively in a project-based environment.
m) Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
*Must hold a valid work permit.
*Proficiency in the local language and English is essential.
*Good knowledge of computers and IT.
*A few years of experience in a related field is preferred.
*Immediate availability to join the team.
