Description

BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Full-Time, On-site "Service Delivery Manager" in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • ➡️ ➡️ Manage end-to-end service delivery operations for clients.
  • ➡️ ➡️ Ensure services are delivered according to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • ➡️ ➡️ Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors.
  • ➡️ ➡️ Monitor project progress and resolve service-related issues.
  • ➡️ ➡️ Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • ➡️ ➡️ Prepare service reports, performance reports, and documentation.
  • ➡️ ➡️ Handle incident management and escalation processes.
  • ➡️ ➡️ Improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • ➡️ ➡️ Support team management, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • ➡️ ➡️ Ensure timely delivery of IT support and infrastructure services.

Requirements

  1. 1.Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
  2. 2.Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
  3. 3.Strong communication and documentation skills
  4. 4.Local language(German) & English B2 level needed
