Description
BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Full-Time, On-site "Service Delivery Manager" in Germany.
Responsibilities
- ➡️ ➡️ Manage end-to-end service delivery operations for clients.
- ➡️ ➡️ Ensure services are delivered according to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- ➡️ ➡️ Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors.
- ➡️ ➡️ Monitor project progress and resolve service-related issues.
- ➡️ ➡️ Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- ➡️ ➡️ Prepare service reports, performance reports, and documentation.
- ➡️ ➡️ Handle incident management and escalation processes.
- ➡️ ➡️ Improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- ➡️ ➡️ Support team management, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- ➡️ ➡️ Ensure timely delivery of IT support and infrastructure services.
Requirements
- 1.Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
- 2.Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
- 3.Strong communication and documentation skills
- 4.Local language(German) & English B2 level needed
