Description
BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Full-Time, On-site "Service Delivery Manager" in Germany.
Responsibilities
- ➡️ Manage end-to-end service delivery operations for clients.
- ➡️ Ensure services are delivered according to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- ➡️ Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors.
- ➡️ Monitor project progress and resolve service-related issues.
- ➡️ Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- ➡️ Prepare service reports, performance reports, and documentation.
- ➡️ Handle incident management and escalation processes.
- ➡️ Improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- ➡️ Support team management, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- ➡️ Ensure timely delivery of IT support and infrastructure services.
Requirements
- Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
- Experience in managing the team performance directly
- Might be suited for operational position rather than SDM position
- Experience if SDM scope of work - like interviewing, team management, escalation handling, owning the PnL.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Local language(German) & English B2 level needed
