Description

BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Full-Time, On-site "Service Delivery Manager" in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • ➡️ Manage end-to-end service delivery operations for clients.
  • ➡️ Ensure services are delivered according to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • ➡️ Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors.
  • ➡️ Monitor project progress and resolve service-related issues.
  • ➡️ Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • ➡️ Prepare service reports, performance reports, and documentation.
  • ➡️ Handle incident management and escalation processes.
  • ➡️ Improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • ➡️ Support team management, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • ➡️ Ensure timely delivery of IT support and infrastructure services.

Requirements

  1. Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
  2. Experience in managing the team performance directly
  3. Might be suited for operational position rather than SDM position
  4. Experience if SDM scope of work - like interviewing, team management, escalation handling, owning the PnL.
  5. Strong communication and documentation skills
  6. Local language(German) & English B2 level needed
