BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a "Junior IT Field Technician" (Full-time |On-site) in Switzerland .

Responsibilities

• ➡️ Receive and coordinate monitor deliveries at the client site.
• ➡️ Manage onsite logistics, stock movements, and equipment distribution.
• ➡️ Unpack and prepare monitors and related equipment for deployment.
• ➡️ Assemble monitor setups according to the established deployment process.
• ➡️ Support the floor-by-floor deployment of approximately 1,200 monitors across the campus.
• ➡️ Safely handle, lift, transport, and move monitors and related IT equipment between different areas and floors.
• ➡️ Coordinate closely with the FSO Technician and project team throughout the deployment.
• ➡️ Monitor deployment progress and maintain accurate progress tracking.
• ➡️ Report any issues, delays, missing equipment, or logistical concerns to the relevant team.
• ➡️ Ensure assigned deployment activities are completed according to the agreed project schedule.
• ➡️ Follow all client safety, security, and onsite procedures.
• ➡️ Follow established instructions and deployment processes accurately.
• ➡️ Perform other hands-on deployment and logistical tasks required during the project.

Requirements

1. Fluent French & English (mandatory)
2. Valid Swiss work authorization (mandatory)
3. IT/Hardware or Field Support experience is a plus
4. Good organizational and communication skills
5. Reliable, proactive, and responsible
6. Good attention to detail
7. Ability to work independently and in a team
8. Comfortable with hands-on deployment and logistics
9. Physically fit to handle, lift, and transport equipment
10. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
