BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company  BCIC Swiss GmbH is looking for an experienced and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dispatch team in Serbia.

Responsibilities

• ➡️ ✅ Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support
• ➡️ ✅ Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, printers, and hardware issues
• ➡️ ✅ Resolve network and workstation-related problems
• ➡️ ✅ Manage and update ticketing/helpdesk systems
• ➡️ ✅ Provide on-site hardware support and coordinate with vendors

Requirements

1. * Valid Work Permit (Mandatory)
2. * Proven experience in IT support roles
3. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
4. * Good communication and customer service skills
