Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH⁠ is currently looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • ➡️ 1.Provide onsite desktop and end-user support
  • ➡️ 2.Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking issues
  • ➡️ 3.Handle laptop/desktop setup, deployment, and hardware support
  • ➡️ 4.Manage Active Directory tasks and user support
  • ➡️ 5.Support meeting room AV and video conferencing systems
  • ➡️ 6.Maintain IT assets, documentation, and ticket updates
  • ➡️ 7.Assist with IT rollouts and project-related activities

Requirements

  1. 3-5 Years of experience
  2. Currently residing in Germany with a valid work permit
  3. Fluent in English and German (C1 / Native level)
  4. Strong experience in IT support and desktop support environments
  5. Good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
