Description
BCIC Swiss GmbH is currently looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Germany.
Responsibilities
- ➡️ 1.Provide onsite desktop and end-user support
- ➡️ 2.Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking issues
- ➡️ 3.Handle laptop/desktop setup, deployment, and hardware support
- ➡️ 4.Manage Active Directory tasks and user support
- ➡️ 5.Support meeting room AV and video conferencing systems
- ➡️ 6.Maintain IT assets, documentation, and ticket updates
- ➡️ 7.Assist with IT rollouts and project-related activities
Requirements
- 3-5 Years of experience
- Currently residing in Germany with a valid work permit
- Fluent in English and German (C1 / Native level)
- Strong experience in IT support and desktop support environments
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
