Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • ➡️ Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues.
  • ➡️ Deliver help desk support and ensure timely resolution of user incidents and service requests.
  • ➡️ Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • ➡️ Document, maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware and software systems as required.
  • ➡️ Support VIP users and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • ➡️ Manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • ➡️ Conduct user training and provide technical guidance when required.
  • ➡️ Prepare and maintain reports related to system performance, incidents, maintenance, and service activities.
  • ➡️ Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • ➡️ Accept, manage, and complete all assigned service calls within agreed service levels.
  • ➡️ Participate effectively in a global support environment and contribute to team objectives.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on IT Support experience.
  2. Fluent in French and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  3. Strong customer service and communication skills.
  4. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  6. Experience working in virtual and globally distributed teams.
  7. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  8. Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
