Description

BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Full-Time, On-site IT Support Specialist in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • ➡️ Provide first- and second-level support for end-user technical issues
  • ➡️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
  • ➡️ Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV and IT issues when required
  • ➡️ Ensure timely communication regarding issue status and resolution
  • ➡️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket documentation for all incidents
  • ➡️ Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber
  • ➡️ Provide basic macOS support for Apple users
  • ➡️ Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
  • ➡️ Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripheral devices
  • ➡️ Use diagnostic tools to resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues

Requirements

  1. Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
  2. Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
  3. Strong communication and documentation skills
  4. Local language(German) & English B2 level needed
