BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time |On-site) "IT Operations Manager" in Switzerland .

Responsibilities

• ➡️ Oversee multi-site IT operations across 12 countries and 20 locations
• ➡️ Manage full IT equipment lifecycle (procurement, logistics, deployment, disposal)
• ➡️ Administer network infrastructure, security standards, and on-premises systems
• ➡️ Provide VIP technical support to senior management
• ➡️ Support live events with real-time AV and streaming troubleshooting
• ➡️ Manage enterprise vendors and contracts (Swisscom, Lenovo, Canon, etc.)
• ➡️ Lead IT projects and ensure ServiceNow ITSM processes and SLAs
• ➡️ Implement patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices
• ➡️ Monitor system performance, incidents, and ensure business continuity
• ➡️ Contribute to IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation
• ➡️ Manage IT budget and cost optimization
• ➡️ Travel internationally to support sites and events

Requirements

1. Valid work authorization in Switzerland
2. Fluency in French & English (MIn B2)
3. 6+ years in multi-site IT operations with hands-on experience in Azure, Intune, SCCM & ServiceNow
