Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "Hands & Feet IT Support Specialist" in Vienna.

Responsibilities

  • ➡️ Provide on-site IT support across office locations
  • ➡️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • ➡️ Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • ➡️ Support remote IT teams with physical IT tasks
  • ➡️ Assist with office IT setup and relocation activities
  • ➡️ Maintain support records and ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements

  1. Valid Austria work permit
  2. Experience in IT/Desktop Support
  3. Basic knowledge of Windows and networking
  4. Good communication and troubleshooting skills
  5. English + local language proficiency
