Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "Deskside  Technician" in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • ➡️ Provide onsite IT support for users and VIPs
  • ➡️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and device issues
  • ➡️ Handle ServiceNow tickets, emails, calls, and Slack requests
  • ➡️ Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops/desktops
  • ➡️ Support conferencing and AV systems
  • ➡️ Perform IMAC activities and hardware replacements
  • ➡️ Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
  • ➡️ Ensure issues are resolved within SLA

Requirements

  1. 3–5 years of Deskside Technician experience
  2. Fluent in German and English
  3. Valid permit to work in Germany
  4. Strong communication and customer service skills
