Description
BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "Deskside Support Specialist " in Frankfurt, Germany.
Responsibilities
- ➡️ Provide onsite IT support for users and VIPs
- ➡️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and device issues
- ➡️ Handle ServiceNow tickets, emails, calls, and Slack requests
- ➡️ Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops/desktops
- ➡️ Support conferencing and AV systems
- ➡️ Perform IMAC activities and hardware replacements
- ➡️ Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- ➡️ Ensure issues are resolved within SLA
Requirements
- Deskside/Desktop Support experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Valid authorization to work in Germany
- Candidates with German citizenship or long-term work authorization in Germany are highly preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise IT support is a plus
- Certifications such as A+, ITIL, or ACMT are an advantage
