BCIC Swiss GmbH  | Best Connect International Company is looking for an experienced Deskside IT Support Specialist to join our team in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • ➡️ Provide onsite and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • ➡️ Support VIP users and ensure timely issue resolution within SLA
  • ➡️ Handle incidents through ServiceNow and other support channels
  • ➡️ Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops/desktops and authorized software
  • ➡️ Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tools
  • ➡️ Support IMAC activities, asset management, and device lifecycle processes
  • ➡️ Assist with hardware replacements, user account support, and IT equipment setup

Requirements

  1. 3–5 years of Deskside Support experience
  2. Strong knowledge of Windows & Mac environments
  3. Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF, ServiceNow, or similar tools
  4. Networking knowledge (VLAN, DHCP, DNS)
  5. Valid pertmit to work in Germany
  6. Fluent German and business-level English required
