Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "Deskside IT Support Specialist " in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • ➡️ Provide onsite IT support for users and VIPs
  • ➡️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and device issues
  • ➡️ Handle ServiceNow tickets, emails, calls, and Slack requests
  • ➡️ Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops/desktops
  • ➡️ Support conferencing and AV systems
  • ➡️ Perform IMAC activities and hardware replacements
  • ➡️ Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
  • ➡️ Ensure issues are resolved within SLA

Requirements

  1. Fluent in German and English
  2. Authority to work in Germany
  3. Candidates with German citizenship or long-term work authorization in Germany are highly preferred
  4. Deskside/Desktop Support experience.
  5. Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise IT support is a plus
  6. Certifications such as A+, ITIL, or ACMT are an advantage
