Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "Deskside IT Support Specialist " in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • ➡️ Provide onsite IT support for users and VIPs
  • ➡️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and device issues
  • ➡️ Handle ServiceNow tickets, emails, calls, and Slack requests
  • ➡️ Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops/desktops
  • ➡️ Support conferencing and AV systems
  • ➡️ Perform IMAC activities and hardware replacements
  • ➡️ Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
  • ➡️ Ensure issues are resolved within SLA

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
  2. 3–5 years of Deskside Support experience
  3. 3+ years supporting Windows & Mac environments
  4. Fluent in German and English
  5. Valid permit to work in Germany
  6. Strong communication and customer service skills
  7. Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise IT support
  8. Certifications like A+, ITIL, ACMT are a plus
