BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for an experienced Deskside IT Support Specialist to join our team in Germany.
Responsibilities
- ➡️ ➡️ Provide onsite and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- ➡️ ➡️ Support VIP users and ensure timely issue resolution within SLA
- ➡️ ➡️ Handle incidents through ServiceNow and other support channels
- ➡️ ➡️ Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops/desktops and authorized software
- ➡️ ➡️ Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tools
- ➡️ ➡️ Support IMAC activities, asset management, and device lifecycle processes
- ➡️ ➡️ Assist with hardware replacements, user account support, and IT equipment setup
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Deskside Support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows & Mac environments
- Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Networking knowledge (VLAN, DHCP, DNS)
- Valid permit to work in Germany
- Fluent German and business-level English required
