BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Austria.
Responsibilities
- โก๏ธ Provide on-site IT support across office locations
- โก๏ธ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- โก๏ธ Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- โก๏ธ Support remote IT teams with physical IT tasks
- โก๏ธ Assist with office IT setup and relocation activities
- โก๏ธ Maintain support records and ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements
- Valid Austria work permit
- Experience in IT/Desktop Support
- Basic knowledge of Windows and networking
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
- English + local language proficiency
