Note to Suppliers
All suppliers must obtain a signed "Right to Represent" document from their candidates prior to submittal into the Contractor Workforce Tool to avoid discrepancies in the case of unsolicited submittals. This document must be obtained after receiving the requisition but prior to submittal into the Contractor Workforce Tool. Suppliers are required to keep this document on file for a period of one year. BCIC Swiss GmbH Procurement may request a copy at any time.
