BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is hiring a Data Centre Hands & Feet Technician (L2) for a Full-Time, On-site role in Switzerland. We are looking for a skilled technician to provide physical infrastructure and remote hands support in enterprise data centre environments, working closely with engineering and NOC teams.

Responsibilities

  • ➡️ ➡️ Install and decommission network and server equipment (routers, switches, servers)
  • ➡️ ➡️ Perform rack & stack activities based on rack diagrams
  • ➡️ ➡️ Carry out structured cabling (fiber & copper), patching, and cross-connect work
  • ➡️ ➡️ Manage patch panels, cable routing, and proper labelling
  • ➡️ ➡️ Support hardware troubleshooting and replacement activities
  • ➡️ ➡️ Assist with power connections (A/B feeds) and connectivity checks
  • ➡️ ➡️ Provide remote hands support to engineering/NOC teams during incidents
  • ➡️ ➡️ Maintain accurate ticket updates in ServiceNow/Jira

Requirements

  1. 1.Valid work permit for Switzerland (mandatory)
  2. 2.German B2 level required
  3. 3.Experience in a similar Data Centre / Infrastructure role
  4. 4.Ability to work on-site in a 24/7 operational environment
