Description
BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Full-Time, On-site IT Support Specialist in Germany.
Responsibilities
- ➡️ Provide first- and second-level support for end-user technical issues
- ➡️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
- ➡️ Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV and IT issues when required
- ➡️ Ensure timely communication regarding issue status and resolution
- ➡️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket documentation for all incidents
- ➡️ Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber
- ➡️ Provide basic macOS support for Apple users
- ➡️ Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
- ➡️ Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripheral devices
- ➡️ Use diagnostic tools to resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues
Requirements
- Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
- Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Local language(German) & English B2 level needed
